Mamta’s Story

Mamta didn’t begin this work to build a career.
She began because she cared.

She saw people struggling–not loudly, but quietly. Carrying stress, self-doubt, and emotional weight they didn’t know how to release.

Yoga became her first language of care. Not as exercise–but as support for the body, breath, and mind.

Her training at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai deepened this understanding–through 900 hours of teacher training and a Diploma in Yoga Counseling.

But something was missing.

Even when bodies relaxed, many people were still hard on themselves.

That realization changed everything.

She turned toward the Heal Your Life philosophy. Learning how thoughts shape emotional reality – and how self-love changes both.
